Energy efficiency in the water treatment
The use of renewable energy resources is a key factor in adopting environmentally friendly practices. First of all, the use of solar, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric, marine and biomass energy allows us to limit the use of fuels, which release harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Acqua&Co, in addition to developing systems that are essential for the survival of ecosystems, is committed to helping the planet by adopting sustainable technologies for carrying out industrial processes.
Our systems for sustainability and water quality
With a overall view to increasing the use of renewable energy resources, we promote the setting of cutting-edge devices, such as photovoltaic panels, to power systems for aquaculture, water treatment and environmental restoration. The implementation of technologies that use sustainable sources represents an excellent alternative also in places where connection to the electricity grid is complex. The provision of aerators and mixers for water basins, which use energy from floating solar stations, is a perfect example. We thus renew our commitment to respecting the Earth and promoting energy efficiency in water treatment, which translates into the design of high-performance systems for the health of ecosystems.



Photovoltaic systems
At our plant, we have set up approximately 80 panels that are able to provide 80% of the energy needed for our activities. This means that we produce most of the energy resources needed to operate the individual machines. In fact, we rely on external suppliers for only a small part. In this way, we have the possibility of drastically reducing our environmental impact by using a renewable source.
Electric charging station
The transformation of our headquarter continues with the addition of two devices for charging electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Both columns are available not only to our team, but also to customers who come to visit our plant. The electricity supplied is obtained from the photovoltaic system on which they are connected. This investment allows us to provide a further concrete response to the need to use clean energy, combining innovative solutions.
